Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped by CTT, with a tracking number sent by email as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.

  • Mainland Portugal: delivery within (time) business days after payment confirmation.
  • Azores and Madeira: delivery within (time) business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping cost: €(amount). Free shipping on orders over €(amount).

Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. If you are not at home, CTT will leave a notice so you can collect your order at the nearest CTT store or pick-up point.

Order issues

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at geral.myfirstshoes@gmail.com, with photos of the packaging and the product. We will sort it out at no cost to you.

Exchanges

You can exchange the size or model within (time) days of delivery, as long as the shoes have not been worn and are in their original box, with all tags.

Right of withdrawal (returns)

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order, without giving a reason, under Decree-Law no. 24/2014.

  • Notify us of the return by email at geral.myfirstshoes@gmail.com, with your order number. You may use the statutory withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
  • Send the product within 14 days of notifying us, unworn and in its original box.
  • The return cost is (paid by the customer, or free).
  • We refund the amount paid, including the original shipping cost for the cheapest delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your notice at the latest. We may wait until we receive the product before issuing the refund.
  • The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

The footwear carries the 3-year legal guarantee (Decree-Law no. 84/2021) against lack of conformity. The warranty does not cover natural wear from use or damage caused by improper use or care.
