This Privacy Policy explains how My First Shoes, Lda. processes the personal data collected through the agressive.pt online store, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019.

1. Data controller

My First Shoes, Lda., VAT no. 514283203, registered office at Rua da Madeira, 270-B, 3700-176 São João da Madeira, Portugal. For any question about personal data you can contact us at geral.myfirstshoes@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Identification and contact data: name, email, phone number and billing and shipping address.
  • Tax data: VAT number, when you request an invoice with it.
  • Order data: products, amounts, chosen payment method and purchase history.
  • Customer account data, if you choose to create one.
  • Browsing data collected through cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not store bank card details. Payments are processed directly by EuPago.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • To process and deliver orders, issue invoices and provide customer support (performance of a contract).
  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To send the newsletter and marketing communications, only if you give your consent (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To improve the store and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

4. Who we share your data with

We only share the strictly necessary data with:

  • EuPago, a payment institution, to process Multibanco, MB WAY and card payments.
  • CTT Correios de Portugal, S.A., to deliver orders.
  • Website and email hosting provider (SiteGround).
  • Email marketing platform, only for newsletter subscribers.
  • Certified accountant and public authorities, when required by law.

These entities process data on our behalf and are bound to comply with the GDPR.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Order and billing data: 10 years, as required by tax law.
  • Customer account data: while the account is active.
  • Newsletter data: until you withdraw your consent.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. Simply send an email to geral.myfirstshoes@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

7. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we adopt technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
